Shipping policy

Shipping/Return Policy Thank You for ordering with theehairstop! WE ASK YOU KEEP YOUR BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS THE SAME. MAKE SURE YOU'RE ENTERING IN THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS THAT'S ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BANK CARD. IF YOU DON'T ENTER THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS YOUR CARD WON'T PROCESS THE PAYMENT.

1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling? Processing takes 3-4 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) Shipping takes 3-4 Business days depending on your location. Once items have been shipped it is no longer under Theehairstop liabilities. We will not be responsible for any lost or missing packages. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. Please note that sales may result in a longer processing/shipping time. 

2. When will my tracking number start to update?
 After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Your Tracking Number will come to your email that you put on file. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it inside your inbox.

3. Do you offer refunds/ exchanges?

ALL ITEMS ARE TRIPLE CHECKED BEFORE BEING SHIPPED OUT TO ENSURE QUALITY. WITH THAT BEING SAID WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, SO PLEASE MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS CORRECT. ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PLACED IT CAN NOT BE CANCELED OR CHANGED. WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES.
